The first limited release we’ve brewed back to back to back!

Sometimes you’ve got to give the people what they want. And the people wanted clean, crisp, Bavarian inspired lager.

It’s won some gold medals, it’s flirted with cheeky branding, but mostly we love it because it tastes good on a Friday afternoon by the pool table.

  • anchors away american ipa

If there’s one thing our Founding Brewer Scott loves to brew an drink it’s an old school American IPA. IPA that tastes like it used to back in the motherland.

Big hop additions. Some crystal malt to bring some weight and caramel. More hop additions for that special kind of bitterness that’ll let yu know you’re alive.

Anchors Away was Scott’s last beer on the HBC brew kit before sailing off into retirement.

Our Flanders style Red Ale is an unapologetically bold beer, informed by tradition.
